- Commercial Registration or License (if applicable)
- Tax / VAT Certificate (if applicable)
- National / Official Address (or Proof of Address)
- Authorization Letter (for federations, committees, institutions)
- Regulatory License (for regulated sectors such as healthcare)
Badges and certificates are issued only after validation of submitted documents and completion of criteria checks.
Request Output
Submit the form and upload supporting legal documents to generate a prototype Request ID and preview the request summary.
