Submit a verification request and upload supporting legal documents. TrustDVS issues badges and certificates only after successful document validation and criteria completion, within a defined verification scope.

Required Supporting Documents (Prototype)
  • Commercial Registration or License (if applicable)
  • Tax / VAT Certificate (if applicable)
  • National / Official Address (or Proof of Address)
  • Authorization Letter (for federations, committees, institutions)
  • Regulatory License (for regulated sectors such as healthcare)

Badges and certificates are issued only after validation of submitted documents and completion of criteria checks.

Prototype notice: Uploaded documents are not stored or validated in this demonstration environment.

Submit the form and upload supporting legal documents to generate a prototype Request ID and preview the request summary.
